The role emphasizes memory care experience as a plus, strong communication, empathy, and a willingness to participate in weekend rotation in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations required.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) according to protocols and safety guidelines.
• Provide compassionate care, engagement and companionship to promote independence and well-being.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and maintain open communication with residents, families and staff.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks (making beds, tidying rooms).
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy and safety in a team-focused environment.
