Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include the following: CNA in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).

• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• At least one year of long-term care experience (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans and policies.
• Coordinates dining room services, meal delivery, and feeding assistance.
• Documents meal intake and resident weight changes as directed.
• Supports nursing staff and reports changes in resident condition.
