Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Help with lifting, turning, positioning, and safe transfer of residents.
• Coordinate meal service, tray delivery, feeding assistance, and document intake.
• Record weights and report changes to nurse and supervisor.
• Maintain infection control and safety practices; document progress daily.
