Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care is seeking a devoted Personal Care CNA to provide compassionate in-home or facility-based support. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship while following each client's care plan.

Current Utah CNA certification is required.
Ability to communicate clearly with clients and care team.
Reliable, compassionate approach to care for clients of all ages.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
Support mobility, positioning, and safe transfers.
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed.
Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided.
Follow each client’s personalized care plan with attention and empathy.
