Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in McKinney, TX. You will provide compassionate daily care to residents and support the care team in delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, maintaining the resident environment, aiding mobility, recording vitals and intake/output, positioning for comfort, and encouraging engagement through range-of-motion exercises.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas CNA certification.
• Accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Reliable, compassionate care with strong attendance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and orientation as directed.
