You will assist with grooming, bathing, mobility, and daily tasks, document vitals and intake/output, and help position residents for comfort and safety while following policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Ability to accurately record vitals and document information.
• Strong communication, self-discipline, and patience.
• Genuine care for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and orientation as directed.
