You will assist with grooming, bathing, mobility, vitals documentation, and meal intake while adhering to policy guidelines and patient rights. Texas CNA certification is required; benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform basic clinical tasks.
• Strong communication, patience, and reliability.
• Cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing) following policy guidelines.
• Maintain resident environment (linens, supplies).
• Support mobility and safe transfers with proper technique.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with positioning for comfort and safety.
• Encourage engagement through range of motion exercises.
