Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in McKinney, TX. You will provide compassionate daily care to residents, document vitals, assist with mobility, grooming, bathing, and ensure a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform basic procedures.
• Excellent communication, self-discipline and patience.
• Genuine care for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understand and uphold the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing per policy.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer using assistive devices.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
