Qualifications

• Must have a current Texas Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA).

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock grooming supplies.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range-of-motion exercises and provide reality orientation.
