Job summary

Qualifications
- Texas CNA certification required.
- Ability to accurately record vitals and care notes.
- Excellent communication and patience.
- Compassion for elderly and disabled individuals.
- Adherence to Patient Rights and safety policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
- Maintain resident environment: change linens and stock supplies.
- Support mobility: ambulate and transfer residents with proper body mechanics.
- Record vitals, weights, intake/output and meal consumption.
- Assist with positioning and range of motion exercises.
- Encourage engagement and orientation as directed.
