Responsibilities

• Maintain resident environment with clean linens and stocked supplies.
• Support mobility with safe ambulation and transfers using proper technique.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption accurately.
• Assist with positioning and ROM exercises for comfort and safety.
• Engage residents and provide reality orientation as directed.
