Heritage-Woods-of-Dwigh is seeking a dedicated CNA to deliver individualized care according to each resident’s plan. You will assist with ADLs, promote independence with dignity, and promptly report health changes to the clinical team, while engaging with residents and families in a compassionate manner.

You will participate in ongoing education, staff meetings, and seminars, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of resident information.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Provide compassionate engagement with residents and their families.
• Participate in ongoing education, staff meetings and seminars.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
