Heritage Woods of Canton is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide individualized care per resident care plans. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote independence, and uphold dignity in every interaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ADL assistance per resident care plans.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families with compassion and dignity.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
