Heritage Woods of Watseka is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver individualized care as outlined in each resident’s plan. You will assist with ADLs, promote independence, and communicate health changes to the clinical team with empathy and respect.

You will engage with residents and families to ensure a positive, dignified experience, while participating in ongoing education and adhering to privacy regulations.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates love, compassion and dignity in care.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional, individualized care per resident care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families to create a positive experience.
• Participate in ongoing education and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
