Grand-Victorian-of-Greenwood is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in accordance with each care plan. You will assist with activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity while maintaining safety and comfort for residents.

In this role, you will report changes to the clinical team, engage with residents and their families with empathy, and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per the resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and families in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
