Job summary

Paycom - ATS at Heritage Woods of McHenry, IL is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide resident care according to each resident’s care plan and promote independence. You will support ADLs with dignity and compassion while maintaining high-quality service.

As part of the team, you will report health changes to the clinical staff, communicate warmly with residents and families, and participate in ongoing training; all while preserving confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
