Job summary

Grand-Victorian-of-Greenwood is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide individualized care according to each resident’s plan. You will assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity, and report health status changes to the clinical team. Build meaningful connections with residents and their families.

Continuous learning through seminars and meetings is encouraged. All duties must respect resident confidentiality and privacy, with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and family with compassion and a lasting, positive experience.
