Job summary

Green Oaks of Goshen in Goshen, IN is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver individualized care according to each resident’s plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.

You will report any changes to the clinical team, connect with residents and families compassionately, and participate in ongoing learning sessions. Confidentiality and respectful care are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate, positive manner.
• Participate in ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings and trainings.
• Adhere to confidentiality and privacy rules for resident information.
