Job summary

Grand-Victorian-of-Greenwood is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide individualized resident care according to care plans. You will assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity while reporting health changes to the clinical team.

As part of the care team, you will engage with residents and families in a compassionate manner, participate in ongoing education, and ensure confidentiality of resident information. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current CNA certification.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning through seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
