Job summary

Gardant is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide individualized care per resident’s care plan at our Indianapolis location.

You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, promote independence and dignity, and report health changes to the clinical team while engaging with residents and families. This role also supports ongoing learning and offers opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families with compassion to create a positive experience.
• Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
