Job summary

A Place at Home Cypress is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers to provide companionship, personal care, and daily living support in clients' homes around Cypress, Houston, Fairfield, Tomball and nearby areas.

You will assist with daily activities, medication reminders, meal prep and mobility support while maintaining safety and dignity for clients in their own homes. Growth opportunities and supportive team culture are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• Caring and patient nature with genuine compassion for others.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug test.
• Commitment to safety, reliability and accountability.
• Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, or stroke care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and emotional support for clients.
• Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Meal preparation and dietary support.
• Medication reminders and adherence support.
• Mobility assistance including transfers and walking.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Care documentation and communicating health changes.
