Reflections Retirement Community is hiring for a Full Time CNA on 2nd shift at Heritage Woods of Yorkville, IL. You will provide individualized care according to each resident’s plan and assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per resident care plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families with compassion and dignity.
• Participate in educational seminars and staff meetings.
