Reflections Retirement Community in McHenry, IL is seeking a Part-Time CNA to deliver compassionate, individualized care to residents at Heritage Woods of McHenry. You will assist with ADLs, support independence, and communicate health changes to the clinical team in a respectful, dignified manner.

The position emphasizes ongoing learning, participation in staff meetings, and adherence to privacy regulations while contributing to a supportive healing environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
