Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate love, compassion and dignity in service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care per resident care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living promoting independence.
• Report changes to clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families compassionately.
• Participate in trainings, staff meetings and educational sessions.
• Respect confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
