Reflections Retirement Community in Canton, IL is seeking a part-time CNA for Heritage Woods of Canton. The role provides individualized care per each resident’s plan and assists with ADLs, promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per resident care plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and families in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
