Valley Cities is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support a patient-centered care milieu within a multidisciplinary team. You will assist with admissions triage, monitor vitals, and help with meals and daily care in a recovery-oriented environment.

This role emphasizes safety, dignity, and respectful patient interactions while adhering to universal precautions and facility policies. Training and ongoing education are provided to support growth and competency.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required (Proof will be requested upon hire).
• CNA certification required; valid license to practice.
• Food handler’s permit within 30 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Assist nursing staff with day-to-day processing of new admissions in triage.
• Monitor vital signs (B/P, pulse, temperature, respiration) in triage and acute care.
• Perform Urine Toxicology Screenings and urine pregnancy tests.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness; follow universal precautions.
• Report staffing and client needs to nursing staff; attend meetings as required.
• Participate in in-service and other educational programs.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Assist with meal and snack service.
• Wipe surfaces with sanitizing wipes and change bedding in client rooms.
