Job summary

Westminster Lakeland is seeking a Part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily care in a Lakeland, FL facility. You will support residents with essential ADLs, help maintain a clean environment, and assist with meals under supervision.

The role requires a Florida CNA license and CPR certification, with weekends and holidays rotation. Competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with Florida laws.
• One year of long term care experience or working with handicapped or developmentally disabled adults.
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting).
• Maintain room hygiene and make beds; ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with meals and feeding when necessary; monitor and report changes.
• Take vital signs and report to supervising nurse.
• Follow infection control procedures and facility policies.
