The role requires Florida CNA certification, CPR, and prior long-term care experience. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, document promptly, and follow infection-control procedures while rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a Florida-licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or working with disabled adults preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting).
• Take and document vital signs; report changes to the nurse.
• Maintain bed hygiene and room cleanliness; ensure meals are served on time and assist as needed.
• Perform routine rounds and monitor safety equipment and infection control measures.
• Document promptly in CNA ECS flow-sheet.
• Provide timely incontinent care and reposition residents to prevent skin issues.
