Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients and assist with telemetry as needed.
• Transport medications to RN on unit.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient care.
• Assist with health unit coordinating duties as required.
• Adhere to care plan and safety policies.
