Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care with appropriate growth and development considerations for the patient age group.
• Take and record TPR, blood pressure; report deviations to nurse.
• Obtain specimens as assigned.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and hygiene.
• Record intake and output; assist with bedside care and treatments.
• Communicate patient needs to the nurse in charge and orient patients and families.
