Job summary

Green Oaks of Park Forest seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care in accordance with each care plan.

You will assist with ADLs, report health changes to the clinical team, and engage with residents and families in a respectful, dignified manner. The role includes ongoing learning, competitive benefits, and team support.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members compassionately and professionally.
• Engage in ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings and trainings.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy regulations; perform other duties as assigned.
