White Oaks at Spring Street is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide individualized care aligned with each resident’s care plan. You will assist with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity, reporting health changes promptly to the clinical team.

Engagement with residents and their families is essential, with opportunities for continuous learning through seminars and staff meetings. Confidentiality and privacy of resident information must be maintained at all times.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• CNA certification from an accredited program is required.
• High School diploma or GED completed.
