Heritage Woods of Flora is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide individualized care in a welcoming, resident-centered environment. You will assist with ADLs, promote independence, and report health changes to the clinical team to ensure optimal care outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per resident care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and family members in a compassionate manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings to develop professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
