Sweet-Galilee-of-Anderson is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide personalized resident care per care plans, assist with ADLs, and promptly report health changes to the clinical team. You will engage with residents and families with empathy, dignity, and respect, while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning through attendance at educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy rules regarding resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
