Summit Ridge Assisted Living in Douglas, WY seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care per resident care plans. The role supports nursing staff in activities of daily living, mobility, nutrition, and documentation within a memory care oriented facility.

This non-exempt, hourly position reports to the Resident Care Coordinator and is based in the Clinical Department. CPR/BLS, HS diploma, and a current food handler permit are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable_)
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• At least one year of experience in SNF/ALF preferred, not required)

Responsabilités

• Provides CNA services per care plans and supervisor direction.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Aids with lifting, turning, positioning, and mobility.
• Coordinates dining services and documents intake.
• Documents weight, skin condition, and toileting activities.
• Performs tasks per facility policies and procedures.
