Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care in long-term and assisted living settings. Earn $24-$26 per hour with weekly pay, and choose from PRN, part-time, or full-time contracts with DAY / EVENING / NIGHT shifts.

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in South Dakota, or ability to obtain via reciprocity/endorsement.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous CNA experience preferred.
Ability to adapt to different facility environments and resident needs.
Must maintain all required certifications, credentials, and professional standards.
Complete all pre-employment screenings and onboarding procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and personal hygiene.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
Measure and record vital signs (BP, temp, pulse, respirations) as assigned.
Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration per care plans.
Provide emotional support and promote comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Follow infection prevention protocols and safety procedures.
Document care and communicate information to nursing staff and healthcare team.
Perform other duties as assigned within CNA scope.
