Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in South Dakota is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team serving communities across the region. We offer PRN, part‑time, and full‑time opportunities with DAYS, EVES, and NOC shifts, including 8, 10, and 12‑hour options.

We provide weekly pay, 24/7 on‑call support, health insurance, a 401K plan, and other eligibility‑based benefits. CNAs will assist residents with ADLs, monitor health, and document care in long‑term care and assisted living

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in South Dakota, or through reciprocity/endorsement.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous CNA experience preferred.
Ability to adapt to different facility environments and resident needs.
Must maintain all required certifications and complete pre‑employment screenings.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and hygiene.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
Measure and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respirations).
Assist with meals and hydration per care plans.
Provide emotional support and promote comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Follow infection prevention protocols and facility policies.
Document care and communicate with the nursing team.
