Job summary

Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a 132-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in Beverly, MA. Shifts run 7 am–3 pm, 3 pm–11 pm, and 11 pm–7 am with pay of $17–$23.50 per hour plus up to $1.50 shift differential, plus same-day pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
