Job summary

River Terrace Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a 82-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting in Massachusetts. The CNA will assist residents with daily activities, report changes to licensed staff, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

We offer a part-time opportunity with shifts 3-11 and 11-7, daily pay, and a pay range of $19-$22 per hour, plus a shift differential up to $2.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active Massachusetts CNA license.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced team setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience and commitment to high-quality care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support nursing staff and care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
