Job summary

North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time and part-time roles in Boston, MA. The position offers daily pay, hourly rates from $17 to $22, and additional earnings with a $5 PIB benefit and up to $1.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Massachusetts CNA license.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
