Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking CNAs for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with hours from 7 am–3 pm, 3 pm–11 pm, and 11 pm–7 am in Beverly, MA. The role offers $17–$23.50 per hour with up to $1.50 shift differential and same-day pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
