Job summary

Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Saugus, MA is seeking CNAs for full-time and PRN roles with shifts 7-3 and 11-7. Earn daily pay with competitive pay rates of $17.50-$27.50 per hour (All Inclusive) and an additional $5 PIB for FT, with shift differentials up to $2.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Massachusetts CNA license.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
