Job summary

West Chester Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, is hiring CNAs for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts (7a-3p & 3p-11a). Daily Pay is offered.

Competitive hourly pay from $19 to $24.50 with all-inclusive benefits in a 180-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. Responsibilities include basic resident care, ADL support, and ensuring a safe, compassionate environment under licensed supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
