StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff in providing compassionate care to residents. The role emphasizes patience, empathy, and adherence to care plans while ensuring dignity and comfort.

You will assist with activities of daily living, document care and weight changes, and help maintain a safe, clean environment. Prior CNA certification and state-approved training are required, with CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification active and in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides supportive services to nursing staff and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and procedures.
• Assists with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Coordinates dining services during meals: setup, delivery, feeding, and documenting intake.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and records intake.
• Monitors weights and reports changes to nurse/supervisor.
• Tracks skin condition and reports any concerns.
• Assists with toileting programs and documents progress.
• Completes flow sheets and communicates changes to supervisor.
• Keeps team informed of factors affecting performance.
