Job summary

Team Select Home Care in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide skilled personal care and ADLs in patients' homes under RN supervision.

You will follow the plan of care, perform direct patient assistance, attend in-service trainings, and document visits. The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and weekly pay, with pay range $14-$16 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older as per state regulation.
• Maintains licensure or certification per state regulation.
• Maintains CPR certification and health certifications per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities as ordered.
• Performs household tasks, meals, and other delegated duties per plan of care.
• Assists with simple procedures under RN supervision as assigned.
• Assists with ambulation and patient exercises as directed.
• Maintains infection control practices and reports changes to RN.
• Completes visit records timely and documents care provided.
• Participates in staff meetings and in-service programs.
