Team Select Home Care of Indiana, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide skilled personal care and ADLs in patients' homes under RN supervision. You will report to the Registered Nurse and perform tasks including infection control, documentation, and timely updates on patient condition.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, Indiana CNA certification, and CPR/health certifications. Excellent time management and compassionate patient care are essential.

Responsibilities
