Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved CNA program and licensure.
• Unrestricted CNA certification in accordance with state requirements.
• At least six months of CNA experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current CPR as required by client facilities.

Responsibilities

• Complies with CareBuilders at Home policies/procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality per HIPAA and facility rules.
• Communicates effectively with appropriate personnel.
• Documents patient care per facility policies.
• Follows the patient's plan of care and delivers personal care as assigned.
• Records patient input/output as assigned.
• Participates in continuing education to maintain competency.
