Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care is seeking a Personal Care CNA to support clients in their homes or care settings. You’ll assist with ADLs, mobility, and daily routines, while delivering compassionate, person-centered care that respects each client’s dignity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) — bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding.
• Support mobility, positioning, and safe transfers.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided.
• Follow each client’s personalized care plan with attention and empathy.
