Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Hospice in Utah seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide comfort-focused care to hospice patients in their homes or care settings.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, and daily care, while observing patient changes and documenting accurately for the hospice team. CPR/BLS and a valid driver’s license are required to ensure reliable, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification as required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Experience in hospice/home health care is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and other ADLs.
• Help with positioning, transfers, mobility, and comfort needs.
• Provide one-on-one, compassionate care in patients' homes or care settings.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Support patients and families with kindness and respect.
