Job summary

Creekside Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide daily care and support for residents in our skilled nursing facility. You will assist with bathing, grooming, feeding and transfers, under the supervision of a staff nurse, while maintaining safety and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or working under a student permit.
• ISDH CNA certification in good standing required; new CNAs may work 120 days while awaiting Indiana certification.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Word preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, grooming and daily care.
• Feed, provide bedside water, assist with transfers and dining per care plan.
• Document care and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and observe for changes in condition.
